
Mixed-use property with 95 % energy savings
The existing mixed-use property with 12 residential units and 5 commercial units has a total usable area of around 3,200 square meters. The energy potential was comprehensively assessed on the basis of an initial technical analysis and an individual renovation roadmap.
The model calculation shows: Targeted measures can theoretically reduce the building's final energy requirement by up to 95%. At the same time, CO₂ emissions could be reduced by around 85% - with calculated refurbishment costs of around 570 per square meter. In addition, a potential funding volume of around €490,000 was identified, which could contribute to reducing the investment costs.
