- Independent planning and implementation of KG 400 trades in work phases 1-7
- Complete completion of all service phases (KG 400) from the creation of refurbishment concepts, design and approval planning to participation in the awarding of contracts

Proactive market and KPI orientation: You will work closely with the Head of Sales to continuously optimize the sales pipeline with data-based decisions. You will keep an eye on important KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates and time factors.
Co-design & teamwork: You actively contribute to the further development of our sales processes, share best practices and provide valuable feedback to marketing & product teams.
Professional experience: Several years of B2B sales experience - ideally in climate tech, PropTech, real estate, construction or sustainability - e.g. as an account executive, ESG consultant, sales consultant, sales representative, sales consultant or customer advisor (m/f/d). You have a proven track record of successfully completing complex sales cycles.
High profile clients: Experience working with demanding clients and a strong understanding of the needs of C-level decision makers.
Analytical skills: Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies. In-depth knowledge of using CRMs such as HubSpot to optimize sales processes.
