What are the costs of using the Green+ portal?

The Green+ Portal is available as an annual subscription contract and is billed monthly. The various subscription prices vary depending on the number of buildings that can be activated. Registering any number of buildings in the Green+ Portal (Basic) is permanently free of charge and non-binding. Costs only arise when one or more activatable buildings are activated with a subscription for the full functionality of the Green+ Portal. For 1 to 19 buildings, the Green+ Portal Starter subscription costs EUR 24.00 per building. For 20 to 99 buildings, the Green+ Portal Growth subscription costs EUR 18.00 per building. The Green+ Portal Enterprise subscription is individually calculated according to your requirements and allows use of the Green+ Portal at the portfolio level with 100 or more buildings. How securely is my data stored in the Green+ Portal?

Purpose Green works at the highest level in terms of data protection and data security. All data is stored on EU servers in Frankfurt am Main. All data is stored immediately. A daily backup of all data ensures comprehensive data security. Backups are automatically deleted after 12 months.

Where is the data physically hosted?

All data on the Purpose Green website and the Green+ portal is hosted on EU servers in Frankfurt am Main.

Who has access to my uploaded documents in the Data Room?

All team members have access and can be added without restriction. The Data Room is a secure, structured, team-internal storage location for all important documents.

Can I test the Green+ portal free of charge?

A free trial version is not available. You can register for the Green+ Portal at any time at https://portal.purpose-green.com/auth/register and receive immediate free access with the Basic subscription. For unrestricted use of the Green+ Portal's features, you need at least a Starter subscription starting at EUR 24.00 per building. To do so, click on "Subscription" in the navigation and select the plan that best meets your needs.

Can I add my team or other users?

Yes, any number of team members can be added to the Green+ portal. Access for third parties (outside the team) is not provided.

Which file formats does the Data Room support?

The central, digital document storage for every building: The Data Room supports all common file formats with a maximum file size of 100 MB per file. Supported file types include documents (PDF), presentations (PPT), spreadsheets (XML, CSV), images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF), and videos (MP4, MOV). This provides all project participants with easy and controlled access to all relevant documents – efficiently and clearly.
