Drone images and videos

Aerial photographs for documenting buildings

We create high-resolution drone images and, if required, videos of your property to support your documentation and marketing purposes. The image data is provided digitally and is ideal for tradespeople, investors, and condominium association meetings. They provide a detailed overview of the building. The recordings can also be used for image videos, exposés, and portfolio presentations. Additionally, point clouds (3D scans) can be generated using the collected data and photogrammetry.

Price:
This product is only offered in combination with a detailed ESG report and costs an additional €129.
For our customers within Berlin, we also offer this service without a detailed ESG report starting at €349.

Our detailed ESG report provides a comprehensive assessment of the current energy status as well as an ESG strategy for your property.
We develop tailored recommendations for action for you, taking legal requirements into account – including an on-site appointment conducted by our experts. This provides you with clarity and a sound basis for decision-making, which our team will present to you in a joint appointment.

Main components of the ESG Detail Report:

  • Analysis in accordance with DIN V 18599: Complete assessment of the energy requirements and energy efficiency of your property
  • 3D zone modeling: creation of detailed building models to identify potential inefficiencies
  • Recommended measures: Development and simulation of customized refurbishment measures to increase efficiency

Thermography - additional identification of energy weaknesses

We use the latest thermal imaging technology to identify energy losses and thermal bridges, e.g. in windows, doors or insulation. This allows us to identify measures to increase energy efficiency and reduce heating costs.

Regional availability:

  • Also possible for individual residential properties in Berlin
  • In other regions only as an additional option to an ESG Detail Report or remediation management

Depending on the season:

  • Preferably carried out in the winter months (from October to the end of March)
  • Climatic conditions for reliable results:
    • The building must be heated
    • No fog or rain, as these can distort the measurements

Our individual refurbishment roadmap (iSFP) is an integral part of every detailed ESG report for residential buildings.
For some building complexes, it is recommended to commission additional iSFPs in order to be able to access additional funding during implementation.
