What data is needed to create an Energy Light Report?
A few entries such as address, building type and basic parameters (year of construction, living space, roof shape, number of floors, building position, heating type, etc.) are all that is needed to create an Energy Light Report. Based on millions of data points, the Energy Light Report generates a precise initial assessment of the current energy status - including a CO₂ cost forecast, energy class and refurbishment recommendations as well as information on subsidies. No on-site inspection is necessary and the report is available within a few seconds.
How does the energy measure configurator work?
With the energy measure configurator, you can simulate various refurbishment scenarios in real time - for example by selecting insulation, heating technology or window replacement. Each selected measure has an immediate effect on the corresponding refurbishment costs, funding, CO₂ savings and energy efficiency class. The results are calculated dynamically and visualized directly on the building in a 3D model. The tool immediately creates transparency and clarity in the consultation and facilitates the first steps towards renovation planning.
Does the ROI calculator work automatically in the background?
Yes, as soon as energy-related measures are defined in the portal, the ROI calculator automatically creates a property-related return on investment calculation. This takes into account all relevant factors such as investment costs (CAPEX), CO₂ savings, possible subsidies and the legally permissible modernization levy. In addition, the savings potential for CO₂ costs is forecast over a period of ten years.
Which documents can I store in the Data Room?
In the Data Room, you can store all refurbishment and ESG-relevant files securely and in a structured manner - e.g. energy performance certificates, exposés, funding applications, planning documents, technical expert opinions or reports. Each property has its own document area with a flexible folder structure, support for common file formats and GDPR-compliant storage on EU servers.
What are the costs of using the Green+ portal?
The Green+ Portal is available as a subscription model. The various subscription prices differ according to the number of buildings that can be activated. The subscription is always billed monthly. Discounts are possible with an annual contract. The registration of any number of buildings in the Green+ Portal (Basic) is permanently free of charge and non-binding. Costs only arise when one or more buildings that can be activated with a subscription are activated for the full functionality of the Green+ Portal. 1 to 19 buildings cost EUR 24.00 per building for the Green+ Portal Starter subscription. For 20 to 99 buildings, the Green+ Portal Growth subscription costs EUR 18.00 per building. The Green+ Portal Enterprise subscription is calculated individually according to your requirements and allows you to use the Green+ Portal at portfolio level for 100 buildings or more.
Is there a free trial period or an introductory package?
No, there is no free test phase. The monthly subscription (except for the annual contract) can be canceled at the end of each month, so that the functionality in the starter subscription can be fully tested for just EUR 24 per building.
