Yes, the portal functions can also be accessed on tablets and smartphones. However, for optimal use, we recommend accessing the Green+ portal on devices with larger screens, especially for displaying diagrams.
Can I import my existing property data?
Yes, data import is available for EUR 10.00 per property. We will be happy to import the data for you as a service. Please contact our customer service at kontakt@purpose-green.com.
Which file formats does the Data Room support?
The central, digital document storage for every building: The Data Room supports all common file formats with a maximum file size of 100 MB per file. Supported file types include documents (PDF), presentations (PPT), spreadsheets (XML, CSV), images (PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF), and videos (MP4, MOV). This provides all project participants with easy and controlled access to all relevant documents – efficiently and clearly.
