To create an Energy Light Report, just a few inputs are sufficient, such as the address, building type, and basic parameters (year of construction, living space, roof shape, number of floors, building location, heating type, etc.). Based on millions of data points, the Energy Light Report generates a precise initial assessment of the current energy status – including a CO₂ cost forecast, energy efficiency class, refurbishment recommendations, and information on funding opportunities. No on-site inspection is required, and the report is available within seconds.
How does the energy measure configurator work?
With the Energy Measures Configurator, you can simulate various refurbishment scenarios in real time – for example, by selecting insulation, heating technology, or window replacement. Each selected measure immediately impacts the corresponding refurbishment costs, subsidies, CO₂ savings, and energy efficiency class. The results are dynamically calculated and visualized in a 3D model directly on the building. The tool immediately creates transparency and clarity in the consultation and facilitates the first steps toward detailed refurbishment planning.
Does the ROI calculator work automatically in the background?
Yes, once energy-saving measures are defined in the portal, the ROI calculator automatically creates a property-specific return on investment calculation. This takes into account all relevant factors such as capital expenditure (CAPEX), CO₂ savings, potential subsidies, and the legally permissible modernization surcharge.
Which documents can I store in the Data Room?
In the Data Room, you can securely and systematically store all refurbishment- and ESG-relevant files, such as energy certificates, property prospectuses, funding applications, planning documents, technical appraisals, and reports. Each property has its own document area with a flexible folder structure and support for common file formats on EU servers.
What are the costs of using the Green+ portal?
The Green+ Portal is available as an annual subscription contract and is billed monthly. The various subscription prices vary depending on the number of buildings that can be activated. Registering any number of buildings in the Green+ Portal (Basic) is permanently free of charge and non-binding. Costs only arise when one or more activatable buildings are activated with a subscription for the full functionality of the Green+ Portal. For 1 to 19 buildings, the Green+ Portal Starter subscription costs EUR 24.00 per building. For 20 to 99 buildings, the Green+ Portal Growth subscription costs EUR 18.00 per building. The Green+ Portal Enterprise subscription is individually calculated according to your requirements and allows use of the Green+ Portal at the portfolio level with 100 or more buildings.
