As Team Lead TGA you will take over the strategic and operational management of our TGA planning team and have the unique opportunity to build a scalable and efficient team structure from the ground up. Ideally, you will bring at least 2 qualified team members with you and work with us to shape exciting existing projects. Your areas of responsibility Team building and leadership

• Establishment and management of a multidisciplinary TGA planning team (5-10 people in the medium term)
• Technical and disciplinary management of planners in all TGA trades
• Development and implementation of efficient work processes and quality standards.

Project responsibility

• Independent planning and implementation of the KG 400 trades in work phases 1-8
• Complete processing of all service phases from refurbishment concepts to design and approval planning to site supervision
• Coordination with specialist planners and consultation with authorities

Strategic development

• Development of innovative TGA solutions for energy-efficient refurbishment projects
• Advice on technical building equipment and ESG-relevant topics
• Quality control, acceptance, documentation and reporting of projects

Your skills and qualifications Qualification

• Successfully completed studies in technical building equipment, supply engineering, building services engineering, building climate control, energy technology or comparable qualification
• At least 7+ years of professional experience in TGA planning with management experience
• Sound knowledge of HOAI service phases 1-8 as well as VOB and relevant regulations

Technical expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary engineering
• Experience with CAD software and tendering programs
• Ideally experience with technical due diligence and ESG assessments

• Overall responsibility for Construction & Project Management
  Management, control and monitoring of all construction and refurbishment projects in the portfolio (residential, commercial and office properties) in compliance with quality, costs, deadlines and ESG specifications.
• Leadership & organization
  Professional leadership of an interdisciplinary team of civil engineers and architects, as well as close cooperation with our TGA planners and energy efficiency experts. Expansion of the organizational structure, establishment of clear responsibilities, coaching and further development of the team.
• Process and quality management
  Development and implementation of standardized processes, procedures and control mechanisms for planning, construction supervision, documentation and invoicing. Ensuring technical and regulatory conformity (HOAI, AHO, VOB, construction contract law).
• Operational management & project excellence
  Active support for projects in all phases - from basic evaluation (LP1) to construction and site supervision (LP8). Quality assurance through structured site inspections, technical inspections and supplementary management.
• Interface management & external partner management
  Management of general contractors, specialist planners and subcontractors as well as close coordination with owners, authorities and internal specialist departments.
• Energy refurbishment & sustainability: Responsibility for the technical implementation of refurbishment measures in accordance with ESG, energy efficiency and subsidy standards.
• Use of modern digital tools and systems (e.g. BIM, project platforms, data models, AI-supported analyses) to increase efficiency, documentation and success monitoring.
• Direct reporting line to the management. Development of strategic recommendations for action, resource planning and prioritization of entrepreneurial measures for scaling the Construction division.

Your skills and qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in construction management or project management, with a proven track record in the energy-efficient refurbishment of existing buildings.
• Successful overall responsibility for the technical, economic and organizational implementation of complex portfolio and refurbishment projects - with a demonstrable impact on energy efficiency, quality and value development.
• Knowledge of HOAI, AHO and VOB, including contract management, tendering and supplementary processing.
• Leadership experience in teams consisting of project managers/engineers; ability to develop high-performance, autonomous teams.
• Technical understanding of building construction, TGA, building physics, energy efficiency, subsidy management and ESG-compliant refurbishment.
• Management skills in dealing with construction companies, owners, specialist planners, authorities and investors.
• You manage projects based on data and KPIs, work independently and use digital project management tools, BIM systems and modern data and automation solutions with confidence.
