- Project management of CAPEX measures: Monitor and control the execution of CAPEX measures (including ESG) after the acquisition of a property.
- Maintenance management: Determine maintenance work and costs and work these into the maintenance budget, taking ESG requirements into account.
- Technical monitoring: Check and ensure that the technical obligations of the property managers are fulfilled.
- Project management: Manage construction and optimization measures and carry out project controlling for construction projects at home and abroad.
- Education: Completed studies in engineering, preferably civil engineering, or training/studies as an ESG manager or ESG officer.
- Professional experience: At least three years of relevant experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility, especially in project management of new construction projects and refurbishments.
- Specialist knowledge: Practical knowledge in the areas of energy efficiency and sustainability, additional qualification as an energy consultant desirable.
- Technical skills: Excellent MS Office and CAD skills.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Energy Consultant (m/f/d) - Berlin
- Carry out BAFA on-site consultations and draw up refurbishment concepts: Carry out on-site consultations in accordance with BAFA guidelines and create comprehensive refurbishment concepts for residential and non-residential buildings
- Carry out energy consulting: Advising on energy consumption and identifying potential savings for commercial and private customers. Develop and provide customized advice on energy efficiency, renewable energies and other sustainable energy solutions
- Funding advice: Advise customers on funding opportunities through BAFA, KfW and regional funding programs specifically for residential and non-residential buildings
- Building analysis with specialized software: Use the ETU-Planer software from Hottgenroth to analyze residential buildings
- Carry out technical calculations: Carry out thermal bridge calculations, heat load calculations, hydraulic balancing, WUFI calculations and create ventilation concepts
- Project management: Plan and supervise the implementation of energy efficiency projects from the concept phase to execution
- Lead trainings and workshops: Conduct trainings and workshops for customers and employees on energy efficiency and sustainable practices
- Create reports and analyses: Prepare detailed reports and analysis for clients and internal teams to document the progress and results of energy projects
- Training and experience:
- You have a degree in architecture, civil engineering, energy management or a comparable qualification and have practical experience in the field of energy consulting. Preferably you are a certified EEE
- Alternatively, you have completed training as a master craftsman and have EEE certification.
- Technical understanding: You understand complex energy systems and are able to effectively evaluate and implement technical solutions. You also have in-depth knowledge of component structures.
- Strong communication skills: You are able to communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly in German, both orally and in writing
- Organizational talent: You have excellent organizational skills and can manage projects efficiently
- Teamwork and networking skills: You enjoy working in a team and are able to build and maintain networks with various stakeholders
