Review: Real Estate Arena 2025 from May 14 to 15!

The Real Estate Arena 2025 in Hanover was a complete success for Purpose Green. As an exhibitor and theme sponsor, we were able to position ourselves as one of the most important players in Germany. With our keynote speech and the panel discussion by Daniel Schreiner (Head of ESG & Construction) and the pitch in the project salon by Jana Burdensky (Head of Sales), we were present and visible both on the main stage and in direct discussions.

Strongly positioned in terms of content - CO₂ & AI:

Two megatrends that directly affect our work were already mentioned in the opening speech on the exhibitor evening: CO₂ reduction and artificial intelligence. We can do both - and that was clearly noticeable at the trade fair. There is still a great deal of uncertainty in the industry, particularly when it comes to energy-efficient refurbishment, from complex funding structures to incorrect advice. This is where our enormous potential lies: we take our customers by the hand and provide data-supported clarity.

Great response - at the stand and beyond:

Nothing could replace the personal exchange at the stand. The interest was huge, the conversations honest, open and always at eye level. Many visitors recognized the real added value of our one-stop store approach. "Everything from a single source" was the decisive unique selling point for many. While other solutions often only cover partial areas, we deliver holistically, from energy consulting and subsidy management to project management.

The response to Jana's pitch in the project salon was particularly strong: highly interested feedback, photographed slides and numerous follow-up discussions testify to the real need for integrative solutions. The asset class "non-residential buildings" also showed keen interest - ESG pressure on the tenant side is increasing and we are providing the right answers.

Conversation magnet Wheel of Fortune & ESG as an introduction:

A real highlight: our wheel of fortune - not only a crowd puller, but also a conversation opener. Combined with our merchandise, it was a real icebreaker. The resulting conversations ranged from ESG reporting and digital quick-win solutions to project management and construction management. Even in cases where projects were already underway, we were able to score points with additional benefits, be it with an updated energy performance certificate or additional advice.

Our conclusion: The Real Estate Arena showed once again that trust is built through personal discussions. And we were able to build this trust - through clear arguments, strong performances on stage, honest discussions and a team that impressed with its passion and expertise.
